How it Works

All of our meals are prepared fresh on Saturday and Sunday each week using 100% hormone and antibiotic free protein. (Vegetarian and custom meal plans are available. Contact us to discuss.)

Meals, for Monday to Friday, are ready for pick up or delivery on Sundays.

All meals are provided in individually portioned containers that are microwave safe and recyclable.

Once you receive your weekly meals, they should be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. If you plan on consuming after 5 days we recommend that you freeze your meals.

How to Order

To place an order send us a message through the Contact Us form or by email or phone.  Meal prep orders are due Thursday by midnight for the following Sunday.

Payment

We accept payment by Interac e-transfer & cheque.

Pick-up or Delivery

Pick-up of meals is available on Sundays between 12:00 and 3:00 pm at 633 King St. East, Unit 4, Oshawa.

Delivery is available within Durham Region for an additional fee. Deliveries are done on Sunday.
