The Rampant Chef is an excellent choice for anyone looking to get portion controlled meals to assist in either losing weight or maintaining weight. Since we started ordering our meals, I have been able to go down 4 pants sizes (Started at a 40, and am now a 36, working towards a 34). All of my suits and dress shirts no longer fit and are way too large for me to wear. My partner has gone from a size 6-8 to a size 4.

We have been ordering salads every day for a week and they can sound a bit monotonous, however each week with each new style of salad it keeps the meals satisfying.

The dinners are also fantastic, each meal has been carefully prepared with quality ingredients, and the variety is great! Every week something new to eat, which is great, instead of cooking yourself the same 3 meals you try new a amazing variations for whatever creative spark hits the chef that week.

Because the meals are simply heat and eat, and there is no prep time you also don’t spend your entire night in the kitchen prepping, cooking, cleaning which is great for people who are busy and don’t have the time to cook. No more wasting money on take out, or buying groceries and not using them.

A few of our coworkers have also tried this service because they look forward to see what we have for the week. We would highly recommend The Rampant Chef to anyone looking for great meals, with quality ingredients that want to save time and money.

I’ve been eating The Rampant Chef meals for over a year and a half.  I started it because I wanted a healthier option for my diet and also was lazy to prep on my own. I love the variety each week and I am always excited for what I’m going to be eating.  It’s saved me a ton of time and money.  For the same price or less, I’m eating clean and healthy meals, not fast food. The dishes are always packed with flavour, plus a lot of dishes I would never dare to try to make for myself. I’ve also lost about 30 lbs, just from the portion control and having a healthy breakfast and dinner. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!!!
